We are looking for a Contract Manager for our grounds maintenance contract based in the Richmond area.

You will be responsible for managing the operation of a large out sourced public service contract. Extensive operational knowledge is therefore essential.

Significant relevant experience running a large diverse workforce and developing effective client relationships is required.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to execute effective change management processes.

A good knowledge of health and safety legislation and its implementation is necessary.

Good leadership skills coupled with a pro-active and organised approach will be needed to succeed in this role.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.

Remuneration is negotiable. Opportunities for development will be available to the right candidate.
