We invite expressions of interest for a Team Leader position working closely with the Assistant Contracts Manager (ASM), where you will be based on our Play Equipment Repairs Contract for City of Lincoln Council.
The successful candidate will report directly to the (ASM) who will issue works orders, which will be completed to a high standard at all times, and you will be expected to lead and direct supporting staff which may be required on certain orders; you will also be expected to discuss any issues with the (ASM) as soon as identified.
Essentials
Full Driving Licence
Physically Fit due to significant manual handling and working within confined outdoor spaces (within the play equipment)
Demonstrable Practical Common Sense/Mechanical Understanding and Communication Skills
Prepared to work in all weathers to ensure play areas are safe/made safe as soon as issues are reported/identified.
Desirable
ROSPA RPII Routine Maintenance Trained to ROSPA Operational Maintenance Inspection Level
You will be required to liaise with the City of Lincoln Councils Play and Repairs Maintenance staff and in the interests of play area safety, a re-active, pro-active approach is expected at all times.
