We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator to work at the hub of our nationwide organisation in the head office in Oxfordshire.
Key responsibilities include: running weekly payroll using Cascade system, submitting RTI reports to HMRC, assist in processing all starters and leavers, maintain driving license database, scan and file all payroll documentation, calculation and processing of pension contributions, processing of timesheets, production and distribution of reports, and assisting in all payroll queries.
You need to be numerate, organised, administratively strong, with excellent communication and IT skills. You need to be able to work to tight deadlines, have a “can do” attitude, and a strong team player.
