An Opportunity has arisen within our Bracknell Forest Contract for an ambassador, working in the new prestigious New Town Centre development reporting to the Contracts Manager Mr James Conn, having responsibility for the overall delivery of service and public liaison within all cleansing associated activities within the town.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST
- To lead and motivate a team of operatives with the daily cleansing of the New Town Centre, to undertake overall supervision and be accountable for the effective delivery of cleansing services.
- To ensure the requirements of the contract specifications and standards are met by supporting the Contract Manager/Assistant Contract Manager in all aspects of contract management following operational requirements, company procedures and legal obligations.
- To be the point of contact for Continental Landscapes Limited working on behalf of Bracknell Forest within the town centre with all other groups inclusive of the emergency services providing overall support and a point of contact within the centre representing both the Council and CLL.
- To work in conjunction with the Lexicon management team and all retail outlets making sure the customer experience represents a safe and clean environment on all occasions.
