Contract Manager – Woking
As a result of winning new business, we are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to work on our new Woking contract. This position will report to the Assistant Operations Director and will have responsibility for managing the contract, leading and motivating the team to ensure financial and operational expectations are met, or exceeded.
PURPOSE OF THE POST
• Take an active lead in the development of new business from existing or new streams of work in line with agreed targets.
• Develop a strong and sustainable management and supervisory team able to manage current operations with capacity to absorb new business.
• Build sustainable working relationships, engaging with client managers to ensure company initiatives are understood.
• Actively lead the management of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• In conjunction with the senior management team, develop the service offer to grow the business in line with agreed targets.
