Service Delivery Supervisor – Westminster

A vacancy has arisen at our prestigious Westminster Parks and Cemetery Contract for a Service Delivery Supervisor. This post will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will have responsibility for leading and managing teams of horticultural and ground maintenance operatives.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:

•  To ensure a fully integrated approach is taken to the delivery of all aspects of day-to-day operations in accordance with the Westminster GM contract specifications, including all HR matters (recruitment, absence management etc.), plant/equipment inspection and maintenance, allocation and all health and safety matters.
• To lead and manage team leaders and operatives who undertake overall maintenance of the different elements of the contract, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality services and efficient working practices.
• To monitor overall performance of the Grounds maintenance ensuring client specifications and standards are met, continuous quality and financial improvements are made.
